Per the “Become an Affiliate” details outlined in our CleanFi Network Program, CleanFi looks to build its Affiliate network around companies that are already actively supporting contractors, project developers, building-owners and building-managers.
Their CleanFi affiliation, the fully functioning portal and the revenue that is derived from it, comes as a supplemental service to whatever support they already offer via their native activities, non-competitive with CleanFi.

CleanFi currently only works in the Small-to-Mid C&I/non-profit/Municipal projects market.
A platform that provides residential financing solutions would add a CleanFi Affiliate portal to their website to
– offer their residential market clients a branded commercial financing solutions.
– keep their clients in the context of their website.
– generate revenue passively without being distracted from their core focus. As with all Affiliates, a minimum annual volume required)

While there is a minimum annual volume requirement to remain an Affiliate, once invited to join our network and the license is signed, the Affiliate receives a share of CleanFi’s fees from the very first funded project onboarded through their portal.

At this point, project builders, contractors, project developers and building owners and managers are not eligible to become a CleanFi Affiliate.
But there are two other programs for which they are immediately qualified as soon as they open their free CleanFi account: “The Clean $1K” referral program, and the Market Maker program.
Both provide easy earning opportunity from your contribution to our network.
A funder would use the CleanFi Affiliate portal to be able to offer instant branded proposals for their financing only, from their own website.
They would have the fully customized application and document upload functionality, and the dynamically update of document requirements during the course of the underwriting process.
This is made possible by our custom configuration feature, which can restrict inquiry results to only a funder’s selected products. Inquiry results that show up on their version of the platform are all for their selected product(s).
As with all our Affiliate portals, that funder’s version of the website will look and feel like their own website, and can be accessible from their own website.
Notices of new projects, new applications, new document uploads can be dispatched with the frequency selected by the Affiliate.
An API is a release of our data into your fully managed environment as a result of a query from your side. CleanFi does not yet have an API, but it is in our development plans.
Companies with a web site that is built from templates, such as WordPress or other, will find it easier to simply add a nav link to a fully “you” branded version of our website, with a return to any page on your website when the logo is clicked. So, absolutely no development or coding knowledge is needed for a CleanFi Affiliate portal, except the addition of one button or navigation tab on your website.
If you company is fully custom or developer-built, and you want to keep all traffic on your website, and deliver information in a custom format, then you may want an API. Please contact us to discuss at admin@cleanfi.com.
The Network Affiliate program is for organizations.
But we do have two other programs in which we invite individuals to participate, per our “Join The CleanFi Network” page.
A CleanFi Affiliate receives the fully functioning, full powered, full featured version of CleanFi, but presented in their colors and branded with their logo. This custom version of CleanFi is called the Affiliate portal.
The portal allows the Affiliate to place a search entry field anywhere inside their own website, as well as provide a branded landing page that invites the user to enter their project for instant financing quotes.
The set-up of the portal requires about 15 minutes, and is available upon the execution of our Affiliate agreement.
