FAQ
CleanFi White Label

A white label version of CleanFi is fully configured.  It looks just like CleanFi, but with your colors, your logo, etc.  Only our knowledge base remains CleanFi branded, but it also returns users to your branded white labeled version. These are some of the functionalities and features of a White Label:

An API is a release of our data into your fully managed environment as a result of a query from your side.  CleanFi does not yet have an API, but it is in our development plans.

Companies with a web site that is built from templates, such as WordPress or other, will find it easier to simply add a nav link to a fully “you” branded version of our website, with a return to any page on your website when the logo is clicked.  So, absolutely no development or coding knowledge is needed for a white label version of CleanFi, except the addition of one button or navigation tab on your website.

If you company is fully custom or developer-built, and you want to keep all traffic on your website, and deliver information in a custom format, then you may want an API.  Please contact us to discuss.

For all discussions regarding our API or While Label program, please contact us directly by emailing admin@CleanFi.com or calling us on (877) 301-7800

We’ll be glad to hear from you.

Yes.  We can place any limit in geography, mechanism, funder, or even improvement in providing a White Label.

For customizations beyond what the CleanFi platform is already capable of delivering, we charge development fees.  However, we do not write exclusive code.  CleanFi is not a SaaS company, or a developer for hire.  Any custom feature contracted becomes applicable to the CleanFi site itself.

There is a minimum volume requirement to receive a share of funds from funded projects. Those payments comes in the form of a marketing stipend, though there are no commensurate requirements.  CleanFi pays that marketing stipend to partner sites that are measurably contributing to the desired outcome of having more projects and more applications come through CleanFi, as a result of their own website traffic.  Payments are made upon the financing of projects that were onboarded through that partner’s portal.

Marketing stipends are based on the pre-underwriting fees CleanFi receives on a project’s funded amount.  The amount varies depending on the project’s funding mechanism, the funder, and the size of the project.

For further details about this part of the program, please contact CleanFi directly at admin@CleanFi.com.

A contractor or developer would use a CleanFi White Label to provide instant branded financing proposals to their customers.

Their White Label platform can be configured to only apply to projects within their scope of specialty.  So, for example, an HVAC company can by-pass the “Project Scope” question at the start of a project onboarding, given that they are only onboarding HVAC projects.  This makes an already fast and easy user experience even faster.

A funder would use the CleanFi White Label to be able to offer instant branded proposals for their financing only,  from their own website.

They would have the fully customized application and document upload functionality, and the dynamically update of document requirements during the course of the underwriting process.

This is made possible by our White Label custom configuration feature, which can restrict inquiry results to only a funder’s selected  products.  Inquiry results that show up on their version of the platform are all for their selected product(s).

As with all our White Labels, that funder’s version of the website will look and feel like their own website, and can be accessible from their own website.

Notices of new projects, new applications, new document uploads can be dispatched with the frequency selected by the licensee, and to the destination of their choosing.

CleanFi currently only works in the Small-to-Mid C&I/non-profit/Municipal projects market.

A platform that provides residential financing solutions would add the While Label CleanFi platform to their website to
– offer their residential market clients a branded commercial financing solutions.
– keep their clients in the context of their website.
– generate revenue passively without being distracted from their core focus (minimum volume required)
