CleanFi community members sometimes miss the amortization schedule available to the right of each Term for each product financing table.
By popular request, now you can download any table into a .csv doc which you can then import into your favorite cashflow application, like OpenSolar, Energy Toolbase, Helioscope, or your own spreadsheet.
Why is this useful?

Import one or multiple financing options with the click of a button to look at them side by side against your “Avoided Cost” cashflow table.
Great for reamortization scenarios
When putting-up an ITC-eligible projects, you can opt for the presentation of only those financing options that will allow early payment of the ITC with re-amortization.
In that scenario, the annual payment you see in the Product Option tables is for the first year…so before the ITC is repaid. To see the payments after the pay-down, you must open the amortization table ….per this reminder under each product option.
There, you’ll see the significant lowering of payments based on the pay-down by made at the end of year 1.
Now download that .cvs file and place it into your cashflow analysis.
